Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sure Step MTR-34066+11120500400 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Suruga-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sylvania parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sylvania product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Suruga-Seiki such as the K50160UMPMM33BH2C16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T13U03127 manufactured by Sylvania and we are pleased to be able to service most Sylvania systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T30U03A by Manufacturer Sylvania as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Suruga-Seiki Brand KS10120MS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Synchronous-Inc such as CSR1ITU239 equipment made by Synchronous-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Synchronous-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Synchronous-Inc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11040101 made by Svresearch as well as the popular M02001024000 original spares produced by Tamagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K10020N by Takamura and CSR1ITU239 spares by Synchronous-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F224800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Syncro.
